The extra horsepower increases the max available towing capacity to 10,000 lbs. It also improves acceleration, enabling the truck to reach 60 mph in just 3.8 seconds.

Reliable Electric Range

Despite its exceptional performance, the F-150 Lightning is highly energy-efficient. The standard battery offers a range of 240 miles at the XLT trim level, which makes it great for driving around town. If work regularly takes you outside of Yorkville, you can upgrade to a model with the Extended Range Battery for a range of 320 miles.

Fast and Bidirectional Charging

The F-150 Lightning is compatible with all Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 public chargers in the BlueOval Charge Network. Plugging the truck into a Level 3 charger replenishes the battery from 15% to 80% in 32 minutes, putting you back on the road in a flash.

Alternatively, you can recharge the pickup truck at home using a Ford Charge Station Pro. The 80-amp system adds up to 30 miles of range per hour of charging, readying you to hit the road in just 9 hours. A wired-in Ford Charge Station Pro also allows the F-150 Lightning to power your home in an emergency. If the grid goes down, the pickup truck’s battery can power your home for up to 10 days.

Advanced Semi-Autonomous Driving

You can engage the F-150 Lightning’s innovative semi-autonomous driving mode, BlueCruise, to take your hands off the steering wheel on compatible highways. The system uses multiple sensors and cameras to handle curves and stay centered in the lane, all the while keeping a safe distance from other vehicles on the road.
