Steet Ponte Auto Group Tees Off for Another Great Annual Golf Tournament

There’s no better way to start a new school year than feeling prepared and ready to take on what’s ahead! For the 3rd Annual Steet Ponte Auto Group School Supplies & Backpack Drive, our team joined together with our fellow Steet Ponte stores to donate 576 backpacks filled with essential school supplies to local students. Each backpack was filled with classroom essentials, including folders, crayons, glue sticks, scissors, pencils and more. We hope these supplies help students feel confident walking through the doors on their first day and give them the tools they need for a successful year. Steet Ponte Ford & Lincoln, along with the other Steet Ponte stores on Commercial Drive, was proud to donate to the Utica City School District. We’re honored to support the students in our community and proud to continue an annual tradition that makes a difference. Steet Ponte Ford is excited to once again sponsor one of the Mohawk Valley's most anticipated summer events—the New Hartford Fire Department Fire Truck Spectacular! Join us on Wednesday, July 16, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the Sangertown Square Mall parking lot for an evening of family fun, community spirit, and an incredible display of fire apparatus from across Central New York. Best of all, this event is completely FREE and open to everyone! The Fire Truck Spectacular brings together fire departments from throughout the region, showcasing an impressive lineup of fire trucks, rescue vehicles, and specialized emergency response equipment. It's a unique opportunity for families, children, and community members to get an up-close look at the vehicles and tools firefighters use to keep our communities safe. Steet Ponte Ford will also be on-site with a selection of vehicles on display, and we're looking forward to meeting members of our community throughout the evening. In addition to the amazing fire trucks, attendees can enjoy: Live entertainment Food trucks Firefighter demonstrations Family-friendly activities Opportunities to meet local firefighters and first responders One of the biggest crowd favorites each year is the Turnout Gear Contest, where firefighters compete to see who can suit up in their turnout gear the fastest. It's an exciting demonstration of the speed, skill, and preparation required when responding to emergencies. Events like the Fire Truck Spectacular highlight the dedication of our local volunteer and career firefighters while bringing the community together for a fun and educational evening. There's nothing quite like a beautiful summer day filled with incredible automobiles, great music, delicious food, and community fun—and that's exactly what attendees enjoyed at the Munson Museum's Annual Antique & Classic Car Show. Steet Ponte Auto Group was proud to once again sponsor this beloved annual tradition, which continues to bring together car enthusiasts, families, and visitors from across the Mohawk Valley for a day of automotive history and community celebration. As part of our sponsorship, we were excited to display a Ford Mustang, giving attendees the opportunity to admire one of today's iconic performance vehicles alongside some of the most memorable classics ever built. Year after year, we look forward to being part of this event and sharing our passion for automobiles with fellow enthusiasts. One of the highlights of the show is the incredible variety of vehicles on display. From the timeless charm of a Volkswagen Westfalia camper and the historic Ford Model T to the impressive lineup of beautifully restored Chevrolet Corvettes, every row offered something unique to discover. Whether your favorite vehicles are vintage cruisers, muscle cars, antique classics, or rare collector's models, there was no shortage of amazing craftsmanship and automotive history to appreciate. Beyond the vehicles, the event offered something for everyone. Families enjoyed live music throughout the day, a variety of local food trucks, and engaging children's activities hosted by the Munson Museum, making it a true community celebration for all ages. The weather couldn't have been better, creating the perfect backdrop for visitors to stroll through the displays, meet fellow car enthusiasts, and enjoy everything the event had to offer. It was wonderful to see so many people come together to celebrate a shared love of automobiles while supporting one of the region's premier cultural institutions. The Antique & Classic Car Show also serves as the exciting kickoff to the Munson Museum's week-long Sidewalk Art Show, making it one of the signature summer events in our community.
